Slow Cooked Beef.
Prep: no prep today… just lots of work.. good thing I have lots of protein cooked in the fridge.. some fruit and steamed veg so I can eat what I need…
Activity: 1 hour light exercise. Patio Cleaning.
Mentally: feeling good mentally. no voices screaming at me to eat or drink anything.
Physically: sleep is good.. still room for improvement.. when I sleep soundly I often wake up in the same position I went to sleep in so that is my benchmark for a sound sleep and I haven’t arrived there since starting… I did intend to eat more today but I just didn’t want to.. so I went with it.. 🙂
Emotionally: all good
This Whole 30 is pretty groovy.. I’m enjoying the focus. It’s really simple.. not complicated.. easy.. lets me get on with life.
