Activity: Food Prep. Cooking. Doggie Errands. Café Admin. Diploma Assignments.
Mentally: craving some dessert today.. christmas cake with custard would be great J oh well.. I think I’ll have fruit instead 🙂
Physically: my sleep is ok. im not feeling fab when I wake up like I do when I’m on a 100% raw challenge but its only Day 6 and for cooked food I’m happy with where I’m at 🙂
Emotionally: a little niggly.. I have a spurt of wanting to bite someone’s head off and then im ok 🙂 hehe….
Today I am feeling grateful for my God that I serve, all my family and friends and this precious life that I have 🙂
