Activity: Food Prep. Cooking. Admin. More Cleaning.. this time its the Fridge.. threw away lots of jars of stuff. This is a great time to ‘cull’ the odd things we keep 🙂 Yay! I’ve done 3 shelves today and re-categorised what is left. It’s a good feeling to cull!!! I’m sure before the 30 days is over there will be more of that 🙂
Mentally: Quiet Calm. Focus.
Physically: Quality Sleep is improving each night.
Emotionally: Calm! in-between odd bouts of snap-i-ness (I’m guessing its the sugar withdrawals!)
