1.5kg Oven Baked S&P Chicken
Activity: Food Prep. Cooking. Café Admin. Raw Dinner Party Prep.. Cleaning – funny how our external world ‘mirrors’ our internal world!
Mentally: no voices yelling in my head to eat! Yippee!
Physically: I slept much better last night..
Emotionally: I am feeling ‘calm’..
So it’s Day 4 of my Whole 30 journey and I feel like it’s been uneventful for the most part which I actually feel encouraged about.
Having done quite a bit of fasting, cleansing and detoxing in the last 20 years I can tell when I’m working thru different ‘layers’ of stuff on any of the different ‘levels’ that we, as complex people, have 🙂
So I feel like, physically, my diet is fairly close to the Whole 30 regime otherwise I would be experiencing a ‘healing crisis’ by now, the severity of which would be determined by the ‘health-i-ness’ of my regular diet! … So that’s all good!!
I’m plodding along. I’ve eaten a lot of cooked food the past 4 days.. I’m feeling inspired to change up the ratio a bit and add in more raw food.. stay tuned for the developments… 😉
Anyone got a favorite ‘quick’ Chicken Recipe they could give me?
