3 Roasted Portobello Mushrooms with a dollop of my amazing paleo Mustard Mayo..
Chicken & Chorizo Slow Braise.. Very Yumm!!
Into Large Oven tray I put 4 Red Onions, thickly sliced.. 2/3Cup chopped dried Apricots, 4 Tomatoes, chopped, 4 Chicken Thigh, cut into large pieces and 1 Chorizo sliced into long strips. I seasoned with Salt & Pepper and covered with Baking Paper and then Alfoil. I put into the oven on 160˚C for 1.5 hours.. WoW! Paul and Sam said it was really good.. 🙂 🙂 🙂

Feeling a sugar withdrawal today.. it was slight & not too heavy mid-afternoon. Other than that pretty uneventful mentally and emotionally… nothing to report physically either.. everything is functioning well as has been my experience when eating well 🙂
I’m feeling the need to add some flavour to my proteins as I’m not wanting great big complex meals but small amounts of something tasty yet nutritious.. so I am going to create some Paleo Whole 30 Relish’s as I absolutely LOVE relish, pickles, mayo, gravies etc etc (you get the picture)!
I don’t know if you’ve ever ventured into the territory of enzyme-rich ‘nutritious’ uncooked Relish but they are INCREDIBLE.. flavour like you will never get by cooking them.. they keep for quite a while in your fridge and they are highly nutritious and scrumptious!
Have I convinced you to try some yet??? I’m feeling inspired to put them on the menu’s at CNR too.. hmmmm… will have to do some planning around that 🙂
