2 weeks into our Whole 30 and I am really pleased with how it is affecting us both.. and Sam has come back from his camp and is doing it with us now too.. I have thrown out ‘stuff’ from the fridge that we don’t need and don’t use that was just sitting in there.. I am seeing the ‘upgrading’ that’s going on in Paul, Myself and Sam..
I know that we have set the bar ‘a little higher’ for ourselves personally and this alone is an incredible WIN from doing this Whole 30.
It is a discipline that is different for each one of us as it is dependent on what our regular daily habits are. I am so pleased that the only real thing I’ve had to change is my ‘sweet tooth’ extravaganza! This is a good thing..
I’ve been studying ‘fructose’ and the impact it has on my pancreas/liver/digestive system and I’m learning a lot!!!
Day 14!! I love it when my precious little Emma orders me something to eat when I’m at CNR working… it’s just fabulous 🙂
