VLCD Days 1 to 7 – Monday to Sunday
Day 1: Gain 3kg / 6.6 lb (Loading weight) ~165.8kg
Day 2: Loss 2kg / 4.4 lb ~163.8kg
Day 3: Loss 700g / 1.5 lb ~163.1kg
Day 4: Loss 1kg / 2.2 lb ~162.1kg
Day 5: Loss 400g / 0.9 lb ~161.7kg
Day 6: Gain 300g / 0.6 lb ~162kg
Day 7: Loss 600g / 1.3 lb ~161.4kg
Day 8: Loss 700g / 1.5 lb ~160.7kg
Weight Loss for 1 week: -5.1 kg / -11.2 lb YAYAYAYAYAY 😁
Exercise: out n about..
