Are you a bit excited right now but a bit burnt out and exhausted too?
I know I am.. There are so many exciting things on the horizon for 2019 but I’m at the end of a massive year and I’ve given it my all and I’m feeling like I just want to land this thing called 2018.
So, let’s just take a deep breath together right now.
Count to 4 as you inhale.
Hold your breath for 3 seconds.
Now exhale slowly over 4 seconds.
Let’s just do that one more time to take in another lovely deep breath… Yes, that feels amazing… it’s just like having some time to yourself to have a nice quiet cuppa isn’t it?
Our parasympathetic nervous system luvs it when we do that! deep breathing activates that part of us which brings us into a relaxed state. Winning!
You may be surprised to hear this but this time of year is a massive gift to you.
You can use this time right now to reflect on all the good that has happened this year and bring all of that good energy into planning what you want for your year ahead.

You only need to get 2 things done!
- Write a List of what you need to get done, and
- Answer the question “What would I do for me today if I had more time?”
Write a List
- Do a Brain Dump of everything that’s on your mind to get done,
- Do it the easy way – delegate, ask for help, enlist others…
- Schedule into your diary whatever is left.
- Give Yourself Permission to Self Care (today).
Answer the Question
“What would I do for me today if I had more time?”
No Guilt Allowed.
You are way more amazing than you give yourself credit for.
Your heart/intuition/spirit knows exactly what the next tiny baby step is to get you moving.
Listen to what you hear. Don’t overthink it.
Listening is the sort of alignment that creates a well of incredible joy and peace within, that you can draw from over and over and over again.
Trust yourself because what you hear is perfect for-you, for-this-moment.
So Let’s Recap

“Would this one thing bring you more peace, nurture and self care?
“What’s stopping you?
This is your time.
This is your moment.
You have permission to get from it whatever you need.
