
I am currently healing Adrenal Fatigue and doing some healing in my Liver…
For those of you asking about the Natural Supplements I use I thought I would put together a list here for your information.. I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice.. I am currently using or have used all of these natural supplements and found them to help heal adrenal fatigue and my goal is to give you the benefit of the brands and potency/strength that is working for me.
My experiences using these supplements to improve my health is another piece of information for you as you seek answers for your own health.
My greatest tip when it comes to finding solutions for your health is to do a lot of research.
Functional Medicine Doctor
I love my functional medical doctor… she is an amazing doctor who has spent the last 20 years doing functional medicine where she considers your whole person when she is looking for solutions to what ‘ails’ you/me… she is amazing!
Sometimes I think I must wig her out ’cause I’m the sort of patient that is constantly looking for solutions.. I love to learn.. I love health and healing.. I love natural remedies.. I dislike the chemicals and drugs even tho’ I understand and appreciate that they sometimes have a place in our healing journey.. I just try so hard to find those solutions from nature.. the beautiful natural healing substances that were made especially for you and me… and it seems like every time I visit with her I have new things to ask her about.. but she’s always 10 steps ahead of me (which i love!).
One of this things she is very adamant about is that she likes me to research actual case studies of the stuff I am researching.. so I pass this suggestion on to you.

I am discovering there is more to healing adrenal fatigue than some really great supplements..
One of the greatest keys to helping our Adrenal Glands is balance.. not balance in the supplements we take, but balance in the lifestyle we live.. as you know we are Spirit, Soul and Body.. we are Social, Intellectual, Physical, Sexual, Vocational, Financial people.. we have ‘layers’, we live on lots of different ‘levels’.. we are complex π
It stands to reason that health in our life as a whole comes from health existing in each of the ‘layers’ and ‘levels’ that make us a whole person…
I’ve taken the microscope and burrowed down into some of these areas that I’ve had to reassess and work on.. these other areas are:
1. Stress
2. Toxins (molds, food intolerances, gut health)
3. Healthy Relationships (see here, here and here is a handy tool to help with love)
3. Diet (my recipes are here)
4. Sleep (black room, white screens, melatonin dump at 10pm etc)
5. Self-Talk/Thought Life (this should be at the top of the list!)
6. Exercise
7. B Vitamins (flood your adrenals with these)
8. Hydration (atleast 2L a day – use a measured bottle so you know for sure!)
9. Rest
10. Fun (when was your last good belly laugh? go to the bottom of this page and watch the video)
There are many great articles that are easy to google and read to bring you up to date on simple yet effective solutions to help bring change in the above areas that help heal us.
It’s been 2 years now and I finally feel like I’ve come out the other side. I will say tho’ that I could easily go back there if I dont keep practising the changes that I’ve made over the last 24 months.
