HCG DIET PLAN Protocol..
Planned Interruption Day 1…
~ weighed in at 156.1! last dose today!
PI Day 1 – Monday – Apple Day.. mostly..
I consumed a total of 907 Calories. 108g Carbs. 45g Fat. 25g Protein.
Food Diary: M.O.P. (my own protocol)
B/fast: BP Coffee (long black + mct oil + collagen + ambrotose)
Lunch: 2 Apples
A’noon Cuppa: 2 Apples
Emotionally : I have peace to finish dosing today. I really wanted so much more weight loss but the last 2 weeks have been so hard that I’d rather finish now and spend Dec and Jan learning how to maintain these losses than struggle for another 2 weeks and have 1 kg-ish to show for it… I thought about it for a week and yesterday I finally had peace to move forward like this. It’s such a learning curve for me as I havent done a PI before, and I certainly haven’t felt like I could finish whenever I wanted to as my last round I was closely working with a Doctor.
Feeling smaller **Yay**
Mentally: Feeling better now that I have decided to be last dose today.
Dr prescribed: Livatone Plus. 1g Magnesium. Oxbile.
My additions: Cellgevity (glutathione). 4g Vit C. S-Boullardi.
Day to Day stuff:
A little excited to be home whilst coming off HCG this week. My last round (my first round also) we went away to a Hotel a few days in with a Conference on that weekend and it was tuff to do it that way so I’m really happy I can concentrate on what’s going on in my body and my pace is slow enough to really learn a better way to transition from P2 to “whatever this is” 🙂
