HCG DIET PLAN Protocol..
Planned Interruption Day 8…
PI Day 8 – Monday..
I consumed a total of 1245 Calories. 26g Carbs. 72g Fat. 126g Protein.
Food Diary: M.O.P. (my own protocol)
B/fast: a bit of roast pork
M/Tea: BP Tea + pecans
Lunch: Baked Fennel Chicken Breast + big Salad + nut sprinkle
A’noon Cuppa: Coffee + Coconut Cream
Dinner: Baked Chicken Breast + Baked Lemongrass Chicken Thigh
Supper: small bite of lemongrass chicken at midnight
Emotionally : very happy to be same weight as yesterday. I’m looking to stabilize here now.
Physically: felt sick in my tummy all yesterday arvo. am hoping to not have that again today. Measured myself today and for this Round 2 I have lost 16.5cm. Round 1 I lost 76.8cm.. big difference but I’m ok with that.
Mentally: holding atm… been focussing on this as a PI so that P3 doesnt phase me. It’s been a good approach so far, we will see how I go over Christmas as I’ve decided that the finished round is good for me. I feel good about no more P2 until end of Jan. I’m glad I did it this way as a PI.. wasnt sure how I would be.. I think a real key in the first week (last week) was to not have carbs.. my only departure from that was some Whiskey on Friday night and some Atkins Endulge Chocolate bars (2).. they did not agree with me at all.. I forgot they have dairy in them.. I reacted badly..
Dr prescribed: Livatone Plus. 1.2g Magnesium. Oxbile.
My additions: Cellgevity (glutathione). 4g Vit C. S-Boullardi.
Day to Day stuff: I must remember that Sweeteners and Alcohol stall my weight and sometimes cause a weight gain.. I’m wondering if I have a hormonal response to these foods.. I would like to run a test on this for a few days I’m just not sure if I’m strong enough to..
