HCG DIET PLAN Protocol..
Planned Interruption Day 7…
PI Day 7 – Sunday..
I consumed a total of 1435 Calories. 23g Carbs. 102g Fat. 85g Protein.
Food Diary: M.O.P. (my own protocol)
B/fast: 2 Eggs with some leftover veg.
M/Tea: BP Tea
Lunch: Roast Pork Shoulder + Smoked Almonds
A’noon Cuppa: Atkins Endulge Mint Choc Crisp bar
Dinner: Bacon and 3 Eggs
Supper: Smoked Almonds
Emotionally : ok.
Physically: tiny tummy cramp at about 4:30am but it only lasted half an hour.
Mentally: headache early morning.
Dr prescribed: Livatone Plus. 1.2g Magnesium. Oxbile.
My additions: Cellgevity (glutathione). 4g Vit C. S-Boullardi.
Day to Day stuff: Resting. awesome UFC Fight Night for TUF 24 season.. luved that.. some great fights.. had a phone free day/weekend.. mainly cause I wasnt well.
