HCG DIET PLAN Protocol..
Planned Interruption Day 6…
~ didnt weigh today
PI Day 6 – Saturday..
I consumed a total of Calories. Carbs. Fat. Protein.
Food Diary: M.O.P. (my own protocol)
Lunch: home baked chicken wings
A’noon Cuppa: Smoked Almonds
Dinner: Steamed Snapper & steamed veg
Supper: Smoked Almonds
Physically: tummy cramping, hot and cold sweats, in a lot of pain this morning.. drinking water and sleeping.
Mentally: cant think.
Dr prescribed: Livatone Plus. 1.2g Magnesium. Oxbile.
My additions: Cellgevity (glutathione). 4g Vit C. S-Boullardi.
Day to Day stuff: Elders Mtg. Life planning stuff. Toby still not great. I’ve been carrying him from room to room and he is really struggling to get down the little step out our sliding door to the patio 🙁
