Planned Interruption Day 5…
~ weighed in at 156.0
PI Day 5 – Friday..
I consumed a total of Calories. Carbs. Fat. Protein.
Food Diary: M.O.P. (my own protocol)
M/Tea: BP Coffee (coffee + mct oil + collagen + ambrotose)
Lunch: 200g Red Curry Chicken Breast + Salad (alfresco. salad sprinkle almonds. pepitas)
A’noon Cuppa: Dandelion Tea with 1t Cacao/Maca powder
Emotionally : good.
Physically: soooooooo pleased I am 156 today.. my LIW was 156.1 so at day 5 I am under that LIW which is AMAZEBALLS for me. YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY… lets keep pushing thru.. I still feel the same size which is a great comfort. My last P3 i put on 4kgs in the first week off HCG so I was pretty distraught at it all..
Mentally: just overjoyed at being 156 today. WOOHOO. gotto focus tho’..
Dr prescribed: Livatone Plus. 1.2g Magnesium. Oxbile.
My additions: Cellgevity (glutathione). 4g Vit C. S-Boullardi.
Day to Day stuff: Elders Mtg. Life planning stuff. Toby still not great. I’ve been carrying him from room to room and he is really struggling to get down the little step out our sliding door to the patio 🙁
