HCG DIET PLAN Protocol..
Planned Interruption Day 4…
~ weighed in at 155.9
PI Day 4 – Thursday..
I consumed a total of 1310 Calories. 26g Carbs. 66g Fat. 96g Protein.
Food Diary: M.O.P. (my own protocol)
B/fast: 100g Red Curry Chicken Breast
M/Tea: BP Tea (tea + mct oil + collagen + ambrotose)
Lunch: 130g Red Curry Chicken Breast + Salad (alfresco. little mct oil)
A’noon Cuppa: 2 Long Blacks
Dinner: Beef Rendang ~200g + 2 Slices Hermann Brot Low Carb bread
Emotionally : stable.
Physically: my knees have started to hurt again. I’ve just realized the pain went away whilst I was doing the HCG shots.
Energy this morning was shocking! wow I am feeling the effects of the HCG wearing off. sheez.
I’m hoping hunger will start today? or maybe I’m having enough food already? who knows?
edit: around 11am I wanted to binge eat **because technically i can**!!!!! but hey.. I weathered that wave so lets see what comes next!
Mentally: trying not to get ahead. I want to start taking my Adrenal Fatigue Supps but on my last P3 i had severe weight fluctuations and i was taking them then so I am waiting for a week & a stable weight before I start them.
Dr prescribed: Livatone Plus. 1.2g Magnesium. Oxbile.
My additions: Cellgevity (glutathione). 4g Vit C. S-Boullardi.
Day to Day stuff: catching up on my blog today. missing my girl. cant wait till she comes home for christmas.. Toby really struggling today 🙁 it makes me so sad to see him poorly 🙁
