HCG DIET PLAN Protocol..
Planned Interruption Day 3…
~ weighed in at 155.3
PI Day 3 – Wednesday..
I consumed a total of 1469 Calories. 46g Carbs. 78g Fat. 140g Protein.
Food Diary: M.O.P. (my own protocol)
M/Tea: BP Tea (tea + mct oil + collagen + ambrotose)
Lunch: 180g Red Curry Chicken Breast + Salad (alfresco. cucumber. red pepper)
A’noon Cuppa: 100g Red Curry Chicken Breast
Dinner: Grilled Barramundi + antipasta
Supper: 100g Salt and Vinegar Peanuts (Nobby’s)
Emotionally : stable. a little anxious to go out for dinner tonight as im still on VLCD technically!
Physically: feeling good
Mentally: motoring along.
Dr prescribed: Livatone Plus. 1.2g Magnesium. Oxbile.
My additions: Cellgevity (glutathione). 4g Vit C. S-Boullardi.
Day to Day stuff: Fam Bash tonight. I’m looking forward to it.. I luv getting together with all the brothers and sisters **yay**. I ate some chicken breast at 4pm so i wouldnt be starving and desperate at the restaurant..
edit.. i drank hot water (silver tea) and sparkling mineral at the restaurant. food worked out great. had a great time sitting with the girls **gorgeous-just love them**
