P3 Planned Interruption Days 4 and 5 – Thursday and Friday..
Emotionally : this week has been really rough for me.. gaining 1.7kg right out the gate was crazy bad for me… and I really had to gather myself to keep on track.. in the past I would have said stuff it and just dropped my bundle, eating whatever I want with reckless abandon.. but I’m happy to say that I havent taken that course this week.. my daughter and my Mum have really encouraged me.. and my lovely new friends vlogging in the US have encouraged me too.. **clapping hands**
Physically: havent been to toilet most of the week.. feeling blocked..
Mentally: Really Struggling!
Dr prescribed: Livatone Plus. Magnesium. Oxbile. My additions: Cellgevity (glutathione). Vit C.
Day to Day stuff: Sticking with a Keto plan.. havent cheated at all.. have stuck to Keto/Low Carb.
