[Sticky] Hi There 🙂
So, this Saturday I am starting loading.. I'm planning now how "dirty" a load i will do.. it will prob be a "muddy" load - somewhere between a clean and a dirty load 🙂 I'm going for proteins and fats and I think I'm gonna have donuts! Yummo.. I am lactose intolerant so all the yummy creams and cheeses that i love so much - I cant have!!!!! boo hoo! oh well - this is my New Normal so onwards and upwards 🙂
I will be trialling "cycling" for this, my Round 3.. it may work.. it may not.. it will be fun to experiment and see how I go - My starting plan (which could change at any time) is to do 21 days, then do a PI for 10-12 days then do another 21 days... so It's like doing 2 x 21 day Rounds only with a shortened break in between as I found that I lost momentum when I did Rounds 1 and 2..
I could be wrong.. It may not work.. there's only one way I'm gonna find out! so here we go..
