HCG DIET PLAN Protocol.. VLCD Day 8…
~ VICTORY DAY ~
So it’s been 1 week! It’s been amazing.. the use of the hormone is the differentiating factor here FOR SURE! I’ve done every diet possible and NEVER before had a realatively easy time (all things considered).. it is certainly a DOABLE program.. if you do the program that is 🙂
VLCD Day 8 – Monday
I consumed a total of 191 Calories. 10G Carbs. 3g Fat. 30g Protein + 2 Rx Sublingual Drops.
Emotionally : ..what I like to call a “grinding” day emotionally.. it feels hard already and it’s onl 8:30 am. feeling like im working hard on the inside with no insight whatsoever as to what is going on.. so I’ve decided to have a hot shower, put on some nice perfume and wear something that makes me feel pretty… I am not feeling focussed.. I am not single minded today.. I am not inspired or motivated! BUT i will stay committed to my program
Physically: Ketosis at 0.8 today (purple).
Mentally: My mindset is to keep my commitment.
Dr prescribed: Tyrosine. Metabocel. Livatone Plus. Glucemic Balance. Magnesium. Glutamine.
My additions: Ambrotose (aloevera+++). Cellgevity (glutathione).
Sambucol (elderflower) + Vit C (high dose).
VLCD Day 8 Stats…
Weight today: 171.0 kgs / 376.2 lb
Weight Loss today: 200 g / 0.4 lb
Height: 165cm 5Ft 6″
hCG: Rx sublingual Drops
Weight yesterday: 171.2
Weight Loss to date: 4.1 kg / 9 lb
Exercise: 5 mins on my fitball with hand weights.

It’s a weird day – i feel nothing – i dont feel happy and i dont feel sad – i know this is detox! but its hard – I can see light in my tunnel – 4.1kg gone and its gonna keep increasing.
Flu symptoms are nearly gone. wheezing is still around, another detox im sure.
Did a little dancing – put on my girly playlist YAY 🙂 🙂 a few exercises.. made a yummy lunch – chicken and train smash with steamed asparagus 🙂 YUMMO.
Created 2 Calendars today: 2016 and 2017.. so i can do some more rounds – I love doing it(the calendars) – i think it’s because it gives me hope.

I feel like the next 10kgs are going to be a “grind”. a good hard slog to push thru – to challenge me _ to dare me to give up!!! to tell me I cant have it! To take away my happiness – to take away my joy, my future, my Paris, my outings, my walks thru the beautiful cool breezes , thru beautiful scenery with my lifetime friend and lover…
