HCG DIET PLAN Protocol.. VLCD Day 35… WASHOUT 2

I weighed in at 161.6 kg’s… today is Washout Day 2 of 2 days that there is no HCG dosage and it is washing out of my system.
VLCD Day 35 – Sunday
I consumed a total of 265 Calories. 23g Carbs. 10g Fat. 22g Protein.
Emotionally : ..a little excited for P3, a little nervous of what it will hold for my body and for my mental game.
Physically: feeling extra exhausted when I got up this morning (AF)… I’m looking forward to starting to take my Adrenal Rebuilder again tomorrow when I start P3.
Mentally… happy scared about P3.
Dr prescribed: Tyrosine. Metabocel. Livatone Plus. Magnesium. Oxbile.
My additions: Cellgevity (glutathione). Livton. (Liver Aids that I need for my body)

Weight today: 161.6 kgs /
Weight Loss today: +100g
Height: 165cm 5Ft 6″
hCG: WASHOUT DAY 2
Weight yesterday: 161.5 kg
Weight Loss to date (with hCG) : 13.6 kg / 29.7 lb
Weight Loss since I started: 1st Jan 2016: 18.1 kg / 38.8 lb
Ketosis: didnt check.
Day to Day stuff: Again, I know this weight wont be my final weight that I settle on so I’m trying not to get attached to it.. still a bit anxious of what P3 holds.
B/fast: Long Black (bulletproof coffee)
Lunch: Long Black (bulletproof coffee)
Afternoon Snack: 1 Pink Lady Apple
Dinner:100g Beef Mince + Cucumber
Cheat: had 4 spoons of beef mince and chicken breast that I prepped for P3.
