HCG DIET PLAN Protocol.. VLCD Day 27…
~ down another 600g today!
I weighed in at 163.2! yep I’m pleased with that. I’m disciplining myself not to ask too much of my body.. I’m reminding myself that 40 days on the hCG Protocol uses the same energy in my body as going for 40,000 km run over the 40 days – that’s a lot of work that my body is doing and I need to keep reminding myself of that so I dont get greedy to lose 1kg a day!
VLCD Day 27 – Saturday
I consumed a total of 174 Calories. 3g Carbs. 1g Fat. 36g Protein + 2 Rx Sublingual Drops.
Emotionally : ..it feels a little easier today… its only morning atm so we will see how that goes! the last 2.5 days have been BRUTAL! BRUTAL. ::sigh:: I am very happy with myself that I stayed the course and didnt cheat – i cant express with words how much my head was screaming at me to just go have something to shut it all up in my head… so bad. Hubs took me for a couple of drives.. I went outside in the freezing cold for a while. I did some housework, painted my nails, had some hot showers and put myself to bed early. things.. help.. sometimes… what did I learn… the struggle is real!!!!
Physically: I’ve been drinking coffee this week. This is the first time in the last year. I’m monitoring my adrenals (just by how i feel as I have no other measurement that I can do at home). coffee is supposed to be not good with AF but I gotto say that when I drink this (bulletproof brand) coffee my mood immediately elevates.. I feel happy, pumped, I can do stuff etc… is that the stimulant talking? or is something else going on? not sure.
Mentally: psychological hunger or physical hunger… this is what I was reading about yesterday…
Dr prescribed: Tyrosine. Metabocel. Livatone Plus. Magnesium. Oxbile.
My additions: Cellgevity (glutathione). Livton. (Liver Aids that I need for my body)

Weight Loss today: 600g / 1.3 lb
Height: 165cm 5Ft 6″

Weight yesterday: 163.8 kg
Weight Loss to date (with hCG) : 11.9 kg / 26.1 lb
Weight Loss since I started: 1st Jan 2016: 16.5 kg / 36.3 lb
Day to Day stuff: feeling good in the AM.
B/fast: bulletproof long black.
Lunch: had second bulletproof long black.
Afternoon Snack: 65g tuna in brine.
Dinner: 100g prawns + 1T mixed herbs + 1t Fennel Salt + 1 organic Tomato (fine dice) + 2T homemade Bone Broth.
