I weighed in at 163.8! WOWEE…
VLCD Day 26 – Friday
I consumed a total of 243 Calories. 3g Carbs. 7g Fat. 39g Protein + 2 Rx Sublingual Drops.
Emotionally : ..another tough day… had a good cry (even tho’ I dont know what I’m crying about)… mental decision to let it all go (whatever it is).
Mentally: lots of mental cravings for food..questions, doubts, thoughts of eating, thinking of all those possibilities of foods to eat….
I keep reminding myself that when I give in = I FAIL = and I have to go thru the pain all over again.
I keep saying in my head that food is not the answer. food is not the solution. all things temporary are subject to change.
Can I come thru this to the other side?
Dr prescribed: Tyrosine. Metabocel. Livatone Plus. Magnesium. Glucemic Balance. Oxbile.
My additions: Cellgevity (glutathione). Livton. (Liver Aids that I need for my body)

Weight today: 163.8 kgs / 360.3 lb
Weight Loss today: 600g / 1.3 lb
Height: 165cm 5Ft 6″
hCG: Rx sublingual Drops
Weight yesterday: 164.4
Weight Loss to date (with hCG) : 11.3 kg / 24.8 lb
Weight Loss since I started: 1st Jan 2016: 15.9 kg / 34.9 lb
Ketosis: yay.. 0.8 at 8:00am
Day to Day stuff: im fighting the good fight today. I keep reminding myself that food is not the solution. everything within me feels like it is but IT’S NOT!
B/fast: bulletproof long black.
Lunch: had second bulletproof long black.
Afternoon Snack: 65g tuna in brine.
Dinner: 100g Veal with rosemary salt + 1T mixed herbs + 1t Taco Seasoning + 1 organic Tomato (fine dice) + 2T homemade Bone Broth.
After Dinner: went to bed.
