I weighed in at 164.4! im feeling grateful
VLCD Day 25 – Thursday
I consumed a total of 195 Calories. 18g Carbs. 2g Fat. 26g Protein + 2 Rx Sublingual Drops.
Emotionally : ..last night I started to feel that emotional grinding feeling… today has been the same.. a mild version of it… I feel like I stumbling thru mud trying to get thru a very dry mud pit and each step is a lot of work.. I’m not going to quit but it’s a tough day..
Afternoon was a real struggle. It was so hard I had to go outside when the boys cooked their dinner.. I sat out in the freezing cold and filed my nails and put some clear vanish on them. My precious Hubs took me for a drive to distract me.. I felt miserable – i know this is Emotional Shift.. i call it Emotional Moving Day.. ahhhh its so tough.. i just want to eat to make it all go away.. I got home and sat in my chair and I knew I wasnt going to cope so I went and had a hot shower and climbed into bed. at 7:30pm. I watched a movie on my Ipad and fell asleep.
Physically: nothing different. I’ve had BM every day except 1 i think – i know the noodles/rice help with that but I havent had those everyday.. also the lemon juice is a major part of that too.
Mentally: still focussing.. needing to immerse myself in the “why” again today cause the emotional stuff tries to get me off course.. the boys made burgers last night and it smelled sooooooooooo good… it was really hard to not eat them.
Dr prescribed: Tyrosine. Metabocel. Livatone Plus. Magnesium. Glucemic Balance. Oxbile.
My additions: Cellgevity (glutathione). Livton. (Liver Aids that I need for my body)

Weight Loss since I started: 1st Jan 2016: 15.3 kg / 33.7 lb
Ketosis: yay.. 0.8 at 8:30am
Day to Day stuff: rainy day here.. all my washing go soaked while I was on the phone to my girl.. oh well, it will all need to dry.. again! tried a few of my smaller clothes on yesterday.. that made me smile.. i havent really lost enough to change all my clothes up but I am trending that way.. looking forward
One of my toughest days so far. so glad I went to bed early.. it could have been a train wreck of a day!
B/fast: bulletproof long black.
Lunch: had second bulletproof long black.
Dinner: 100g Chicken Breast with rosemary salt + 250ml Chicken Broth + dry roasted Fennel.
After Dinner: the other 1/2 of the Pink Grapefruit
