VLCD Day 23 – Tuesday
I consumed a total of 125 Calories. 3g Carbs. 1g Fat. 22g Protein + 2 Rx Sublingual Drops.
Emotionally : ..feeling happy after my long black 🙂
Physically: same same.
Mentally: had a few cravings today after looking at what the boys cooked!
Dr prescribed: Tyrosine. Metabocel. Livatone Plus. Magnesium. Glucemic Balance.
My additions: Cellgevity (glutathione). Livton. (Liver Aids that I need for my body)

Weight today: 165.1 kgs / 363.2 lb
Weight Loss today: 700g / 1.5 lb
Height: 165cm 5Ft 6″
hCG: Rx sublingual Drops
Weight yesterday: 165.8
Weight Loss to date (with hCG) : 10 kg / 22 lb
Weight Loss since I started: 1st Jan 2016: 14.6 kg / 32.2 lb
Ketosis: didnt check it.. I cant seem to work out why it goes from .8 down to .4 when I ‘m not having fruit or the grissini/melba..?? not sure.
Day to Day stuff: did a lot of research into what the deal is with the injections here in Australia.. its quite different to the US… got some info.. not much tho’. oh well, i will know more once I get my first script I guess.
B/fast: bulletproof long black.
Lunch: had second bulletproof long black.
Dinner: 100g Snapper with rosemary salt + 250ml Chicken Broth + Zucchini + Slendier Rice (konjac sea vegetable)
