I consumed a total of 132 Calories. 4g Carbs. 2g Fat. 24g Protein + 2 Rx Sublingual Drops.
Emotionally : ..feeling happy after my long black 🙂
Physically: same same.
Mentally: keeping myself immersed in P2 info.. weight loss journeys on hCG.. reading “WeightLoss Apocolypse” and Dr Cabot’s book “I cant lose weight and I dont know why”..
Dr prescribed: Tyrosine. Metabocel. Livatone Plus. Magnesium. Glucemic Balance.
My additions: Cellgevity (glutathione). Livton. (Liver Aids that I need for my body)

Weight Loss today: 300g / 0.6 lb
Height: 165cm 5Ft 6″
hCG: Rx sublingual Drops
Weight yesterday: 166.1
Weight Loss to date (with hCG) : 9.3 kg / 20.4 lb
Weight Loss since I started: 1st Jan 2016: 13.9 kg / 30.6 lb
Ketosis: 0.4 at 2pm.
Day to Day stuff: Did a lot of ringing around today to find out better options for me doing injections and getting my supply from WA… got a few good leads but we’ll see if it leads to anything promising..
TOM Day 2 today – heavy.
B/fast: bulletproof long black.
Lunch: had bulletproof long black in the morning so I didnt feel like lunch.
Dinner: 100g Snapper + 250ml Chicken Broth + English Spinach

My incredibly delicious Long Black.. I use the brand Bulletproof Coffee as I’ve found this coffee doesnt give me drastic tummy issues as other coffee does… cheers!
