I weighed in at 166.4 this morning… very happy
VLCD Day 20 – Saturday
I consumed a total of 407 Calories. 42g Carbs. 4g Fat. 52g Protein + 2 Rx Sublingual Drops.
Emotionally : ..doing ok…
Physically: had super hunger 10/10 late arvo/evening.
Mentally: Working on P3 stuff now. Found a lovely lady named Nance on HCGChica’s you tube Episodes.. lots of great info.. she’s done some charts which I am going to adapt for myself to track and chart my journey thru P3. This will really help me as I need this sort of stuff to keep my head in the game. It renews my mind to my new way of thinking and being. LUV IT!
Dr prescribed: Tyrosine. Metabocel. Livatone Plus. Magnesium. Glucemic Balance.
My additions: Cellgevity (glutathione). Livton. (Liver Aids that I need for my body)

Weight Loss since I started: 1st Jan 2016: 13.3 kg / 29.3 lb
Ketosis: 0.4 at 2pm.
Day to Day stuff: P3 research. Need to food Food Prep/Batch cooking to control my eating and my mental game for this phase.
Change My Mindset = Change My Habits
Activated Charcoal could help me on a detoxy day… and also Chlorella…
Lunch: 100g Chicken Breast + 1/2 Continental Cucumber (small dice) + ACV & Pink Salt
Dinner: 100g Snapper + Dry Roasted Red Onion, Zucchini + 1 organic Tomato
A/Tea: Strawberry Smoothie = 300ml water + 150g frozen strawberries (Woolies Select) + 1T Ambrotose + 1/4t plain Stevia powder.
I pinched 10g roast chicken from the fridge!
