HCG DIET PLAN Protocol.. VLCD Day 19…
~ down 800g today! woopee! ~
I weighed in at 166.8 this morning… wow! I was not expecting that so I am very happy
VLCD Day 19 – Friday
I consumed a total of 313 Calories. 26g Carbs. 5g Fat. 37g Protein + 2 Rx Sublingual Drops.
Emotionally : ..on a bit of a high from the weight loss.. that puts me at 8.3 kg since I started this protocal and ~13kg since I committed to focussing on healing my Liver back in January this year.
Physically: same same.
Mentally: still being diligent. Watched HCGChica’s youtube channel yesterday for 2 hours. Listened to a few stories of women who have finished.. one of them is still going after losing 150 pounds.. she started at a weight a wee bit higher than me – so we have a similar journey to do.
Dr prescribed: Tyrosine. Metabocel. Livatone Plus. Magnesium. Glucemic Balance. Glutamine.
My additions: Cellgevity (glutathione). Livton. (Liver Aids that I need for my body)

Weight today: 166.8 kgs / 366.9 lb
Weight Loss today: 800g / 1.7 lb
Height: 165cm 5Ft 6″
hCG: Rx sublingual Drops
Weight yesterday: 167.6
Weight Loss to date (with hCG) : 8.3 kg / 18.2 lb
Weight Loss since I started: 1st Jan 2016: 12.9 kg / 28.3 lb
Ketosis: 0.8 today.
Day to Day stuff: all about Cabbage! not going to have Cabbage for the rest of this Round 🙂
My supplements havent arrived from the Dr 🙁 I rang them.. they express posted it aswell.. so we have to try and find them.. I tried to organise a Dexa Scan but there is a weight limit on the machine at 159kgs so I will have to wait until I can do that.
I’m starting to work on my P3 list now.. this is the first time so I need to make a Master List of what I can eat and a few other sheets to record my stats.. My Dr has a food programme she likes me to follow.. it’s out of Dr Cabot’s book “I cant loose weight and I dont know why”. I have actually been using this book all year so I am very familiar 🙂
Lunch: 100g Snapper + 1/2 Continental Cucumber (small dice) + ACV & Pink Salt
Dinner: 150g Silken Tofu + 1 Tomato + 350ml Chicken Broth (homemade-no fat) + 80g Slendier Rice (seaweed vegetable)
A/Tea: Strawberry Smoothie = 300ml water + 150g frozen strawberries (Woolies Select) + 1T Ambrotose + 1/4t plain Stevia powder.

This is the brand we get in Australia.. I believe it’s called Miracle Noodles among other things in the US.. it is a sea vegetable called Konjac… sooooo good….
