VLCD Day 29 – Monday
I consumed a total of 1589 Calories. 26g Carbs. 52g Fat. 269g Protein.
Emotionally : feeling ok today. got hydro today with mum. I havent been before so we will see how this is and then I dont want to do stuff this week. need to rest. I’m feeling taxed to the edge of my capacity and my emotions always go south when I’m physically taxed and maxed!
So.. just drinking my morning BP Tea… it certainly gives me energy – thankyou for that – I’m grateful for these wonderful foods that we can access and use to heal and energize our lives.
My tummy is sore. Had some v sharp pain yesterday arvo after the chocolate.. I am convinced I am allergic to Maltitol. this morning my tummy felt v sore aswell and uncomfortably gassy (not as much as yesterday tho’). this is from the low carb chocolate. I actually stopped eating it a year ago but every now and again it gets me 😐
Mentally: let’s see how the day progresses!
Dr prescribed: Livatone Plus. 1g Magnesium. Oxbile.
My additions: Cellgevity (glutathione). 4g Vit C. S-Boullardi.

Weight today: 156.4 kgs / 344 lbs
Weight Loss today: -300g / -0.6 lb
Height: 165cm 5Ft 6″
Weight yesterday: 157.7 kgs
Weight Loss so far for this Round 2: -8.4 kg / -18.4 lb
Weight Loss since I started: 1st Jan 2016: -23.3 kg / -51.2 lb
Day to Day stuff:
HYDRO at lunchtime.. got to sort out what i will wear! not a fun exercise for me I must say. my legs are where I carry half my weight so I’m not proud of them 🙁
Food Diary: hcg Protocol 2.0
B/fast: Protein (snapper) + BP Tea (tea + mct oil + collagen + ambrotose)
M/Tea: 190g Snapper
Lunch: Chicken Breast + Kale Spinach Broccol Slaw
A’noon Cuppa: BP Tea (tea + mct oil + collagen). Biltong 100g after Hydro
Dinner: Chicken + Mushrooms
Supper: Biltong 100g
