VLCD Day 28 – Sunday
I consumed a total of 1,107 Calories. 19g Carbs. 49g Fat. 105g Protein.
Emotionally : feel absolutely terrible this morning. up early which doesnt help in this season of AF. couldnt get to sleep until about 1am so I’ve had about 5.5 hours sleep at atm it just isnt enough. So I’m feeling all over the place emotionally. I just want to stay home and curl up and rock myself into some sort of comfort but I need to go to church today so I’m gonna do that instead.. I know I’ll feel better when I ‘m there ’cause I always do 🙂
So.. feeling terrible.. exhausted.. unwell.. really unwell. am gonna make my BP Tea as this will help.
Mentally: feeling v challenged. want to go easy on myself by staying home. this AF is hard. I really dont want to hear myself winge so I’m moving on.
Dr prescribed: Livatone Plus. 1g Magnesium. Oxbile.
My additions: Cellgevity (glutathione). 4g Vit C. S-Boullardi.

Day to Day stuff:
Church was awesome as I knew it would be. Got home. Made Lunch. sat down exhausted. ate lunch. watched a Fight Night UFC… fell asleep in my chair. woke up and then had some sugarless chocolate! I know – this is not on the 2.0 protocol but this is a lesson in temptation.. I bought 2 bars from the shop for Son and Hubs and I gave son his but kept the one for Hubs = mistake #1!
Then i put that choc bar away in my drawer = mistake #2!
Then i pulled it out and cracked off 2 pieces.. umm no 4 pieces = mistake #3!
Then i went back and got another 5 PIECES!.. umm = big mistake!
I felt SO SICK after having it I went to bed.. couldn’t eat dinner felt ill.
Got up to take magnesium at 10:30. slept!

B/fast: Protein (chicken) + BP Tea (tea + mct oil + collagen + ambrotose)
Lunch: Prawns + Big Green Salad + English Spinach + Fennel Salt + ACV
A’noon Cuppa: BP Tea (tea + mct oil + collagen)
9 squares of Sugarless Almond Milk Chocolate
