HCG DIET PLAN Protocol.. VLCD Day 27…
~ weighed in at 156.9 kg’s this morning! Back on Track!
VLCD Day 27 – Saturday
I consumed a total of 896 Calories. 22g Carbs. 34g Fat. 96g Protein.
Emotionally : feeling a little rough. glad to be losing past my last lowest weight but i still feel a little emotional and I dont know why.. so I call it an EMO GRIND day.. this is where I’m grinding through ‘something’ emotional.. just dont know what..
I will say that this weight I am at I have been around these 22 kg’s I’ve lost in the 150’s, 160’s and 170’s brackets for the last 15-20 years.. I remember being 105kgs after I had my 24 y.o (so that’s 24 years ago :)… I remember being 155kg’s when Mum and I went to a Dr to do ketosis with acapuncture in the ear.. that was when we lived in Leederville which was in 1999/2000 so 16 years ago I was in the mid 150 kg’s… so yeh! I am thinking my “cell memory” has 25 years worth -or so – to jig thru to metabolize and get rid of…
I just hope I can remember this for the next few weeks and my body rids the fat associated with that.
Knees – feeling a lot better.. I dont put a lot of pressure on them as they swell and ache a lot but they arent hurting in general which is progress.
Hips – no every day pain that I was constantly having the last 6 months – so that’s progress too.
Legs – my legs were so heavy that I couldnt move them very much and getting into bed was very hard. I had to sit on the edge of the bed and lift 1 leg at a time and it was incredibly painful.. getting the second leg up was horrible.. I feel ashamed writing this here but I just want to record it so I can remember what is back there.. what I dont want to go back to..
I normally move the bathroom mat with my toes and I had not been able to do that for the last year – it put pressure on my knees etc. I am now able to do that again.. 🙂
Chairs – I notice a slight difference in chairs going out last few weeks.. it’s slightly more comfortable but still no where near comfy and easy…
Mentally: spent all day yesterday reading the forums, this really helps me to focus and put things into perspective.. spent a lot of today updating my blog.. it is encouraging entering data from previous days and seeing the small (and sometimes big) losses each day.. I dont mind small losses at all.. infact I’m very grateful for small losses. It’s the no loss/gains that get me down!
Dr prescribed: Livatone Plus. 1g Magnesium. Oxbile. + another 1g Magnesium at midnight cause I couldnt sleep…
My additions: Cellgevity (glutathione). 4g Vit C. S-Boullardi.

Weight today: 156.9 kgs / 345.2 lbs
Weight Loss today: -800g / -1.7 lb
Height: 165cm 5Ft 6″
Weight yesterday: 157.7 kgs
Weight Loss so far for this Round 2: -7.9 kg / -17.3 lb
Weight Loss since I started: 1st Jan 2016: -22.8 kg / -50.1 lb
Ketosis: got to get back to trying to use that thingy i bought!
Day to Day stuff:
So I’ve started doing HCG PROTOCOL 2.0.
I havent really written much about it but the rules are pretty simple:
BMI determines your Protein Calories so my daily allowance of Protein Calories is 905 cals.
30g Carbs (from veg)
Meats must be lean. the calculation to check is: Protein / (carbs + fat) = must be more than 3
You can mix your veg + your proteins.
You can exercise moderately.
We are off to the Make a Joyful Noise Concert tonight at the Rock Quarry Ampitheatre.. should be fun.. I’m feeling pretty exhausted and I have church tomorrow aswell as Hydro on Monday so this is a lot more than I usually do but I’m gonna go with it and see how I land 😉
B/fast: Protein (swordfish) + BP Tea (tea + mct oil + collagen + ambrotose)
Lunch: Snapper + Cucumber + Fennel Salt + ACV
A’noon Cuppa: BP Tea (tea + mct oil + collagen)
Dinner: Steamed Prawns + Spinach + Lettuce + 3 long blacks at the concert to keep warm!
