VLCD Day 21 – Sunday
~ didnt weigh cause I knew it would be up!
I’ve put most of what I ate into MFP but I’m sure I left stuff out.. so the totals on today are:
2206 Calories. 152g Carbs. 122g Fat. 116g Protein.
Day to Day stuff:
Since Tuesday it’s been rough.
TOM started on Friday night (2 days in).
I went out to a Birthday Party yesterday. I took my food with me but when I got home I was feeling very low.. probably sorry for myself and didnt recognise it at the time.. so I decided to have myself a little break from the plan for the rest of the weekend.. there is a UFC Main Event today that I’ve been looking forward to so I thought ‘why not’? and off I went.. pate + crackers.. angus burger + onion rings.. s+v chips.. bp coffee.. baked chicken breast.. yep! oh and vodka! yep! there it is.. 1.5 days and 3 kg’s later…
And how long will it take to get back to weight loss??? i thought 2 days.. but no, it took 1 week!
