VLCD Day 16 – Tuesday
~ 158.3 kg’s today 🙁
GAIN ~ 500g
I consumed a total of 652 Calories. 87g Carbs. 20g Fat. 20g Protein.
Day to Day stuff:
I didnt have a dose yesterday so today was a gain 🙁 🙁 🙁
Not Happy Jan! I’m not sure if I’m going to skip any more doses.. this has happened twice now – both times I skipped a dose.. so yeh! thinking about that.
Doing an apple day today. feel good about that.. feeling a little defeated.
Made the boys their dinner which I dont usually do and I pinched some of the pepperoni that I put into the Cabbage dish.
I’m not sure I’m strong enough to have people over for dinner and cook normal food.. I seem to have failed today as a relection from yesterday and today?? not sure but feeling down about it all 🙁
B/fast: 50g Chicken + BP Tea (tea + mct oil+ collagen + ambrotose)
Lunch: 2 Apples
Dinner: 2 Apples
Snack: 30g Pepperoni
