B/fast: P2 Iced Coffee – white
M/Tea: Long Black
Lunch: Roasted Zucchini + Red Onion + Bacon style Rashers (Tofu)
A’noon Tea: no
Dinner: Protein Shake + Collagen + Strawbs
So this is a good result for me today.. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻this has been such a hard week for me. 😨😰😨😰😨😰I did another vegan day yesterday and the results from both my #veganhcg days have been good.. that doesn’t automatically mean they all will be.. I’m just enjoying the change of pace atm.

So I Roasted some veg for lunch and I cooked a tofu product – not sure how this will go with my weight but it was yummy!! I totally didn’t eat what was in my bowl.. I ate ⅔ of it and was satisfied to stop. YAY!
