I consumed a total of 365 Calories. 6g Fat. 33g Protein. 50g Carbs.
Weight Loss so far for Round 3: -11.7 kg / -25.7 lb
Weight Loss since I started: 1st Jan 2016: -28 kg / -61.6 lb
Food Diary: OP
Lunch: Tofu Fries. Blueberries.
A’noon Tea: Roast Zucchini. Roast Broccolini.
Dinner: Prawns + mixed lettuce
I was disappointed this morning at 200g loss and I dont normally re-weigh myself 15 times to get a lower number but I did today.. silly silly! Then I sat on my bed and I said… “u know what Martine? – I’m gonna take that number and be grateful”!!!!
I am now reminding myself that every single gram is a gift.. and the real hard truth form my body is that it is working SOOOOOO SOOOOOO BERRY BERRY HARD right now breaking down all this long term fat and all the cells it has been stored in.. my body is sorting all the elements into vitamins, mineral, proteins, fats and carbs so that it can re-assign all the goodies to be re-used in an economical, efficient and healthful way.. so now I feel a whole lot better about that 🙂
It’s good for me to remind myself of these things 🙂
