I consumed a total of 351 Calories. 3g Fat. 60g Protein. 28g Carbs.
Weight Loss so far for Round 3: -10 kg / -22 lb
Weight Loss since I started: 1st Jan 2016: -26.3 kg / -57.8 lb
Ketosis: not measuring.
Food Diary: OP
B/fast: Long Black
A’noon Tea: small tin of Tuna
Dinner: Snapper + 6 cherry tomatoes + mixed lettuce
I reduced my dosage 6 iu’s today. Yesterday was 174iu’s. Today was 168iu’s. Tomorrow I will do 162 iu’s and then I will see if I have any hunger and if I need to adjust my dosage from there.. It’s so important to find the sweet spot with my dose otherwise its just very very hard.
My friends who are vlogging in the US were talking about self confidence issues and I have some thoughts on that.. more detail is in my vlog but basically we actually determine our self confidence by the things we say about “ourselves”!
I know that probably sounds weird but it’s true! I can give you a compliment but if you say in your head “she doesnt have a clue!” then effectively you have just told yourself the opposite of that compliment.. Our Inner Self believes what we say about ourselves FIRST! before it believes anyone else so I have an exercise on my Vlog which can help you change your Self Talk so that you can build your Self Confidence.
It takes a bit of work but it is totally possible to change what you think of yourself and to start feeling better about yourself.
