B/fast: Hazelnut Herbal Tea.
M/Tea: Hazelnut Coffee + Apple
Lunch: Chicken + tiny Radish + Zucchini
A’noon Tea: Orange + Slice of the boys Roast Beef (oops) + Coffee
Dinner: Soup: Chicken + Zucchini + HM Chicken Broth
Emotionally : I’m in the ranting mood!! I have gained 4 kg back in both of my previous P3’s so I’m not gettng too excited at the numbers from here on in.. but I’m still happy to be on HCG today because it means less days overeating and stressing.. I’m hoping one day I’ll WIN! WIN! WIN!
The cravings are absolutely intense. I want to eat the whole house when I feel like this. I’m going to increase my dose again tomorrow, i shouldnt be feeling like this.
Physically: hunger. hunger. hunger. from 3pm to 4pm ish.
Mentally: I’m happy with 400g.. I’m totally struggling with hunger.
Dr prescribed: Livatone Plus. Oxbile. Metabocel. Cascara Sagrada. Magnesium. Glutamine.
My additions: Glutathione. Vit C. Probiotic. Vit B12.
