P3 Planned Interruption Day 1 – Monday..
M/Tea: Rocket Fuel Latte
Lunch: 2 little tins Tuna.
A’noon Cuppa: Choc Bark
Dinner: Chicken Adobo
Supper: Pork Crackle
Emotionally : Feeling hopeful for a great P3/Planned Interruption 🙂
Physically: Not feeling myself in my body.. there’s a few things going on… It will be interesting to see how the next few days play out with water retention and extra food in my tummy etc..
Mentally: I have a plan.. some food to prep.. some food to eat.. I’m looking forward to seeing what I can do with this P3 (or planned Interruption).
Dr prescribed: Livatone Plus. Magnesium. Oxbile. My additions: Cellgevity (glutathione). Vit C.
Day to Day stuff: Made Choc Bark with my Mum today 🙂
