MY CLEAN LOADING LIST
foods I want to clean load with…
I’ve loaded with dairy and gluten for 2 Loads now (and the wheezing has started twice) because when someone tells a Binge Eater they can eat whatever they like for 2 days and it will miraculously dissappear during the first week of weight loss.. well… we are in fatty food heaven! Yes.. it’s like the Ultimate Dream 🙂 and when I put my mind to something.. girls and boys!!! I GET IT DONE 🙂 🙂 🙂 oh yeh!!!!
So…. I loaded with dairy -yes i know i’m lactose intolerant 😐 -addiction has a voice!
I loaded with gluten (im not a coeliac thank goodness! but if I have too much i feel sickish)
1st Round I had a bad flu in week 1 which I think was from the dairy in the loading 🙁
Round 2 I curbed the dairy.. just had Croissants (has butter in them).. wasnt too bad..
My sleep was disturbed.. I ate way too much. And feel unwell because of the dairy and all the white flour.
This serves as a reminder for me so I (hopefully) wont make the same mistakes over and over and over again!! (im trying)…
MY LOADING RULES
No Dairy (bad bad bad for tummy)
No Gluten (feel sick with too much)
No pate. (makes me wheezy)
-then the first week will be easier
Ribs – beef and pork
Ghee. MCT Oil
Lots of Crackling. (Malaga Carvery)
DF Dips (hummus) + Vege Crudite
DF SF Chocolate. (Lindt)
Crispy Skin Chicken (nomnompaleo)
Smoothie with coconut oil & coc cream berries
Pecans. Hazelnuts. Macadamias
Ok.. solid list.. i will admit that im feeling a little deprived ’cause it doesnt have all the junk food in it.. but that all has dairy in it!! oooo burger rings could be a possibility.. must check them for dairy… 🙂
..anyways I’ll update this list as I go so you can have some ideas for yourself 🙂
